Ongoing Class - Min 3 Sessions - From $70/ $60 con*

Utilising: astrological profile; yoga and/or meditation practices, and conscious breathing practices, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxations) or hands-on yoga massage or heavenly head massage.

How do I know what kind of yoga is right for me?

I recommend you speak to me over the phone to get an idea of what is important for you in yoga. It usually takes at least 3 classes to identify if you like a certain style of yoga.

I can't balance, what can I do?

Be patient. It can take time, but as the mind settles, balance improves. You’re in the right place to gain better balance.

Can I do yoga if I am religious?

Yes you can! Yoga is an integrative health program that helps settle your mind, relax your body and brings deep peace.

My mind just doesn't stop and I can't be still.

You will gradually start to learn how to be still and quieten the mind. You will begin to notice changes from as early as the first class!

I have an injury, how can I still do yoga?

There are many yoga practices that you can do and in a smaller class. I can instruct you appropriately for your limitations.

My body is so stressed, my mind is so busy, how can yoga help me?

Yoga classes provides a peaceful space for you to unravel and teaches you the ways of cultivating that peace of mind.
